Yeaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh buddy! I'm getting married one year from today! So starts the planning and booking and all the extra crap that goes into a wedding! I did manage to get a website homepage thing started sorta about the wedding... I'll get a link up later!

HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!! I won Brad Paisley tickets tonight!!!!!!! I don't believe it!!!!!! I'm going to Brad Paisley!!!!!!!!!!! Man I never win anything! In fact I was just telling the girls at work that I have the worst luck in the world!!!!!!!!I have to go to the radio station Thurs at 8 am to pick them up and have my picture taken for the website!!!! Aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! I can't believe it!!!! It was kinda comical auctually.. they had someone out on location, and gave a clue, and I was like man that sounds like a place a few blocks from here... and then they gave the second clue..a dn I was like OMG Aleia.... get out of the car!!!! Walked up to a girl with an envelope in her hand and a cell phone, and I was like.. are you Sunny? She said yes I am.. I was like OMG!!!!!!! Aleia just wanted to watch the fountain the whole time the dj was trying to talk to her on the radio! LOL

I tell ya, who needs soap operas when you can just come talk to me... I am happy to see that Bobby and Donny are really throwing themselves into getting this business going. I think they've got a good chance, and I'll be glad to see them suceed.

Ok so I have to rant a bit now...

Someone PLEASE explain to me why it is that men will only yell DAMN! durring tv and movies when a skinny silicone boobed woman comes on. The only big women hollywood and society will allow to be considered sexy are black. How the hell is it that a woman can be ugly as sin, but as long as her tits are big, and she's only made of bones she's considered a high prize, but a woman who is absolutely beautiful, but has got some meat on her bones is shunned??????? Example.... I know Bobby loves me, and how I look, but we went to see The Dukes of Hazzard when it came out at the drive in, and the second Jessica Simpson popped her dumbass on the screen in her friggen bikini, you hear all the men and boys int he parking lot making exclmations like.. Dayummmmm and Yeah baby! While we're supposed to think that Chris Farley and average looking guys are hot. Then tonight.. Taxi is on, and Donny, Bobby's cousin sees the 4 bimbos in their string bikinis and heels, and utters the proverbial Damn! Knobby kneed ... Sheesh! I mean come on! Does ANYONE EVER hear a man exclaiming outloud that a big white woman is hot? Hell no. Men that do find us attractive aren't supposed to announce it. Friggen figures.

Oh yeah baby.... it's football season again, and all I can say is... It's about time!!!! And thank heavens for PIP television sets so we can flip from nascar to NFL!

Now for the evening news....

It's official, I start the new job on Monday morning!!! I'm the newest graphic design editor for Group Shots Photography. They photograph sports teams all over the state. I basically will be the touch up editor and auditor. And I've been offered contract work as a photographer at an extra $150 -$500 per shoot! I'm like.. wo Hooooooooooooo! Normal hours... M-F, 8:30 - 5 and the photo shoots on the weekends.

Still loving having Bobby living here. I absolutely adore him. Been stressing over the car payment, but feeling better now that I've got a better job to go to!

We're going to start looking for a house to rent starting at the end of the month. We've been talking about maybe seeing if we can rent his cousin's house. His cousin bought the aunt's house and is getting married next month. (apparently the wife to be thinks that a 2 br home is too small for just them. Wonder what she'll say when I want to put a family of four in there!) Anyway, he doesn't know what to do with this house he's buying (the 2 br) his mortgage on it is only $350, I'm like hell, I'm paying $400 for shit, I'd pay him $400 for a house with a dining room, a garage, a tub and washer/dryer hookups. And I know he'd let us have pets.

Bobby's all kinds of excited as he watched the qualifying today, and apparently Jr's old crew chief is back, and he qualified 3rd. Go figure. Kinda glad I'm going to be at the big once a month big flea market/antiques thing with mom's charms tomorrow. I can imagine the phone call I'll get if he goes top ten! (Nothing like waiting til it's too late to get into the chase to get your shit together!) Judy??? Thoughts?

9-11-01 Anniversary

I'm sitting here and have just finished watching the Discovery Channel's Documentary about Flight 93 and hearing the live phone calls and re-watching the video of THAT day. I know when I say, THAT day you know exactly which one I mean. For me, what happened will never be over or be gone from my mind. I've heard the songs written to remember that day many many times today. "Where were you" is what I woke up to. I remember exactly where I was. Aleia was almost 4 months old and I was in the middle of giving her a bottle when the first plane announcement broke in. I called the clinic I worked for and told them to turn the channel, and then I called my mom since she usually doesn't have the tv on, and my uncle works out of the WTC office site on occasion. He decided to stay home that day. I hurt so badly for these families I've seen on the tv, re-living THAT day. I was going to do an update on me, but I don't feel up to it, and just want anyone who stops to read this entry to sit back, and take a moment to remember each moment as it hit you that first time too.

I went to work about a month ago, and said to Robin... " I think he moved in with me." To which she looked cock-eyed and said.. "You think???" So I said.. "Well... his dirty laundry is in my laundry basket, the things for his lunches are in my fridge, his karaoke system is attached to my tv, and he hasn't been home in about a week and a half." "Uh yeah.... he's moved in!" So here we are like a month later, and I love having him here!

But more exciting than that... I have a date!!!!!! I'm getting married on Sept. 30th, 2006!!!!!!! Wooooooooooooooo It's nice to finally know the date so I can quit answering people... wellllllll as soon as nascar puts out the 2006 season schedule I can tell you. No they haven't put it out on their site yet, but let me tell ya, travel agencies are just itchin to sign ya up for ticket packages!

I'll try to get more up later.. cause there's the whole quit job thing!
